good evening sir
i have purchase whirlpool *.*kg top load washing machine from Croma store (Deepkamal mall surat-******, this is store detail ). sales person give me statement that washing in daily wash program is **-** minutes, but my machine take approx. *.**-* hours , so i contact to store and raise complaint and store manager also mail to whirlpool team but still my machine is not replace aur not to getting my amount refund , this is totally mistake of sales staff , and also for more time consumption mmy electricity consumes more , so i not afford , so kindly replace my machine
