joinelevatenow - was promised medical guidance and health management which did not happened

elevate or join elevate is a new age health manangement company. I came across this while i was on instagram, they run the add on insta. i paid some **** or **** INR for my wife so call ** marker test which is blood test , post which the promise was that blood will be collected, then doctor counselling session will happen, then diet coach will connect with me for the issue then medicine will be dispatch which i have to pay , **** already paid. problem is nothing of this happened. blood test happened after a week, report was sent ,, no doctor consultation took place , a person some doctor just came on google meet and due to poor network connectivity, did not gave any suggestion, then a report advice from the said doctor was shared with me, stating these are the medicine we have to take, then some one from sales started following up to buy the prescribed medicine,... i said i am not aware of the outcome of this medicine and still i was chased with out a proper answer ..... i purchased the medicine and till date which is * weeks now no call no show. i raised a complain with them using the app they have on play store.. my ticket was closed stating that all the said things have taken place. hence i have to follow the recommended path.... fake company , fake promises and this is playing with the health of people why fake medical promises to help them reduce weight etc.
