My Motorola Razr ** Ultra was picked up by Buzzmeeh (technician: +** ***** *****; see attached photo/email evidence) for screen repair on May **. Despite repeated WhatsApp and email escalation (see May **st email screenshot), Buzzmeeh failed to share any update, documentation, or resolution. Device was returned defective: parts detached, glue failed, touch malfunctioned. Multiple follow-ups ignored, violating the *-month warranty.Kindly enforce a refund or full warranty repair as per consumer law. I am attaching a comprehensive packet of chat, video, and email evidence.
