Metro Cash And Carry India Private Limited - Warranty stated as 5 years where as given only for 1 year

Hi Sir,

I have purchased Microwave Oven(Panasonic) from Metro Cash and Carry on **-**-****. At the time of purchased they informed us that the warranty for the product is for * yrs where as they gave only * yr warranty.

Even after raising a complaint through email and by calling to customer care haven,t received any response. I have even visited Metro cash and carry branch for the said issue where i was told that they will speak to Panasonic company and will extend the warranty but not update till now.

I am a regular customer of Metro Cash and Carry from years ago but haven't faced such an issue till now but now with this one I am very dissappointed. Kindly resolve this issue and the following are the details required
