Rajshree enterprise - Warranty Service

BABLU MONDAL filed complaint against Rajshree enterprise on Oct 1, 2019

I purchase a Saree roll press machine at Rajshree Enterprise, Ahmedabad of Gujrat from West Bengal by an amount of ******/- as per quotation but bill made Rs ******/-+*****(GST) due to cut down GST with free installation alongwith *(one)year warranty on **-**-**** at my premises.
Tecnician installed roll press machine on **.**.**** but from **.**.**** machine has been badly dameged which isn't in work mode.From **.**.**** several time knocked and mailed and over telephonic requested to solve machine problem.The owner of Rajshree Enterprise once assured to solve it by his techician within seven (**)days.
But alas! Company owner neither receive my call nor send any technician till now.
I loss the Eid festival &Durgapuja related Saree press businesses.
I also can't able to go Ahmadebad from Berhampore,West Bengal.
