I have submitted my Noctua NH D** cpu cooler to acro rma for service. I was facing an issue with cooling and fan noise. After making me wait over a month and me trying to follow up with them, they finally returned the same product, claiming no issue was found. When I took it home and check I noticed some of the accessories missing and the product damage. I emailed them on the same day and tried to reach out through call, but no response is given yet. Submitted my product for service as the cooler fans were making sound and the cooler wasn't cooling properly on **/*/****. Received it back stating no issue found on */*/****. After carefully examining the returned product, I found that few parts are missing, and both fin stacks are skewed/bent in one direction. The following cables/accessories are also missing: * x Missing Vibration Pad * × NA-RC* Low-Noise Adaptor (L.N.A.) * × NA-YC* *-pin PWM splitter cable To further inspect the condition, I placed the unit on a flat surface and confirmed the deformation. I have attached pictures for your reference showing: The missing vibration pad and cables The bent/skewed fin stacks The overall condition of the product Contacted the place on the same day when received, no proper reply. update or resolution provided.
