One side of my earbuds was not working, so I have sent it for warranty replacement.
Earlier days I was made to wait due to lockdown and company shutdown.
But in the recent days, only after continuous mails I was sent a mail to take available other replacement yet was given no model details.
Even though a refund was not available ,I sent multiple mails asking for my available options for an over head bluetooth earphones of same cost if my proposal exact product ( sesh earbuds) was not available.
Yet I didn't receive any reply from the company
