Mivi Duopods - Warranty related issue

My Duopods do not work properly then i will raise a main to mivi support team then team will provide a replacement service and delivered me. After replacement my Duopods will do not work properly then again I'll raise a mail and mivi support team reply only Duopods box in guarantee period not guarantee for sound or bass and earbuds. Only Duopods will guarantee period. So please strictly action against this company..
