Dear team,
I have raised complaint against my headphone towards boat company. As per message from boat team, they written that my product will be picked by blue dart courier from home and throughly check for any damages, if all found OK they will pick the product. Now delivery partner has checked the product and found no damage. After picking product delivery team transported the failed head phone to boat team. Now boat team has rejected the case saying product is external damage, for which i am not responsible also this product could damage during transportation or during testing at boat hub.
Now customer care also not helping in this case.
So please help.
