Greaves Electric Mobility Pvt Ltd - Warranty not replaced

I have purchased the Ampere Magnus Ex from the dealer Salimat-E Motors and requested for the replacement of the faulty charger. It has been over * months I am withour a charger and vehicle is idle.

In between there was a replacement charger delivered which turns out be a faulty one and sent it back again.

Even after multiple follow ups with the dealer and the customer care there is no solution for it.

There were multiple service requests raised but yielded no result.
