Royal Oak Furnitures one of the cheating company - Warranty not honored for a faulty product

This is the worst company ever. The management gives a shit for anything you have to say. I got this chair in may **** and since then there has been issues . They sent * different ppl to check out the issue and fix it. No one could fix it and all of them said that they cant do anything since it s a manufactoring defect.I goto the showroom and tell them these things and they say thats all they could do. Inspite of the product being faulty. I mentioned to them that I would go the consumer court route and he laughed and asked me to Mohan, Murali and all of them. Please have a look on goole and also facebook. This company needs to be shut for fraud on a daily basis. They fear no one and the reps are goons and thugs.I did reach out to the govt consumer forum and the last update I got was that the company did not respond to any summons and thats all they could do, No wonder they dont fear the law and mock it! Requesting you to help me get my money back and would not want anyone to go through the ordeal I went through
