I purchased a Drinkpod counter top bottles water cooler online from home depot. During the manufacturer, one year warranty the unit stopped working. Home Depot online customer support emailed the drinkpod USA regarding warranty support but could not get any response. I was advised by a contractor who provided tech support for drinkpod USA to contact the part department, then warranty and finally corporate office, however, no one has ever returned my calls. Send several emails, left lots of Voicemails but not one follow up. I have been trying to get this resolved for over a year.
