It's been two months since I had asked for an Jabra elite active **t replacement within warranty period from Jabra Pro connect. It has not yet being replaced. As asked by the manufacturer I had couriered the product to F*service center. I had repeatedly follow up on the same with them on mail. With no updates from their end. The product as of now is withheld within Jabra service center.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
