Autolac Ites (india) - Warranty not extended

I have paid them Rs:**** on **th April **** for my laptop warranty extension for * years .But they did not extend my pc warranty. I got to know this on august of **** .So, I called them in august and asked them about this. Then they just replied that '''"its your mistake that ,you did not ask these many days ,you should have checked and call us back"'''. I am calling them from august about this incident. But the employee named "Deven Malhotra" just say silly reasons to me on just postponing it till now.* days back he said that "your money will be refunded for one year but we cant do it for * years extension within * days". I agreed to that ,but when I am calling now. He just replied again with some silly reasons .He said that office is holiday today(friday) and call me on monday . This is the most common excuse he use that to call on monday with one or another reason. While answering also he just replies in carelessness and rude manner. I want my money back or my warranty extension to be done. I do not have any more trust on his words.
