Welspun Flooring - Warranty not being respected by Welspun

Welspun flooring was sourced and installed in my premise on Dec **** by Livspace. Welspun flooring via it's advertisement claims the flooring to be scratch proof and also provides a replacement warranty of * years. However, the flooring started developing scratches and the interlocking joints have also developed serious cracks. When this was brought to the notice of the Welspun representatives they have rejected the warranty claims without providing any reason. Despite repeated requests there has been no response from them. I would like a full refund of the payment made since I'm not confident with the quality of the product. Alternatively, I would request the tiles to be replaced with the less than * inch width tiles where these issues (scratches and joint breaks) are less observed.
