Corporate Warranties India - Warranty not accepted due to dealer place changed

I purchased Honda Activa at Anantapur on **/**/**** with Hindupur address and corporate warranty. It is valid up to **/**/****. Yesterday night my vehicle's cylencer was cut due to bolt problem. Today I went to Honda dealer and showed my vehicle. They accepted the fact, but dealer is in Anantapur, we cannot claim. I told them and shown all free and paid services was done in Hindupur at Honda service centre. They asked me to go Anantapur with vehicle. They said that they are unable to claim. It is a biggest problem for moving vehicle without cylencer and applying for leave. Hence I need service in Hindupur and replace the damaged. Please do the needful in this regard.
