Yagnicpatel filed complaint against Samsung refigerator on May 30, 2020
Hi Sir,
I have purchased samsung refrigerator on **/**/****, recently got issue Service center is telling that is is out of warranty PCB got short. First of all no voltage issue. all the electrical equipment are working fine in house only samsung product short.
*. I call customer care they showed the warranty policy on website. Not at the time of purchase.
*. I checked samsung Web https://www.samsung.com/in/refrigerators/top-mount-freezer-rt**n****s*/RT**N****S*HL/. it is mentioned that Its Stabiliser Free Operation means it works very steadily and reliably and prevents electrical damage or shorting if there are any voltage fluctuations.* If it increases too much it automatically cuts the power.
*. Now they are accepting warranty policy as per them. Why Not this which is from the point no* from their website only (Its Stabiliser Free Operation means it works very steadily and reliably and prevents electrical damage or shorting if there are any voltage fluctuations.* If it increases too much it automatically cuts the power.)
*. According to them it got short,
*. as per their website it fails to cut the power.
They dont want to repair the product which is in warranty to charge money.
Warranty policy is in favour of them so they accepted.
When they show the policy they should see the web site where it fails to cut power

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
