I have given a laptop for a change of display. At that time they had promised me a six-month warranty, on that base only I had given it. But had not provided me with a warranty card instead they manually written warranty period on the invoice as six months. But as soon as they handed over the laptop after service I had raised complaint on the defect display the provided and clearly communicated that I could submit that laptop again for warranty claim on the *th month only and the person who dealt with me was agreed as the time gap fits in warranty period, but now on the *th month I'm standing and the company is declining my warranty claim saying the person who was dealt with me is resigned and the company is giving only * month warranty, not * month.
