I have bought a oneplus buds * pro on may * and the same got damaged on july ** and i had raised a pick up and drop service of oneplus as the product is under warranty.The product has been picked up from me after two days and till i haven't got any solution.
They said the product is outof stock and they would provide me with a refund and i have waited this much long and haven't received any refund.its more than * month i have called oneplus service almost everyday and they said to wait for * more days and so on..this is the scenario when i called oneplus service.Even the call durations are like ** minutes and they promised that they will provide an update by giving a timeline and nothing happens they are just fooling me around.I have lost faith in oneplus i have all the call recordings and details of there support team .Please help me asap
