I purchased the boat leap call smartwatch from Amazon * months ago and it did not work properly so Ioddged a complaint for the warranty client in the official website of boat on **th of July my product was picked up from my house on **th of July and it was delivered to them on **st July but from then on I got no response from the boat customer care service centre regarding the warranty claim and I was also not allowed to speak to higher officials for the follow up . I mailed but still they did not respond. it really cost me mental tension, my time and even my energy and now I am in a very hopeless situation

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
