I have raised a ticket for replacement of my bluetooth ear phone with service ticket number ********. Same was collected by your courier partner bluedart after the inspection for any physical damage. photo for the is attached herewith before your courier partner collected the product. I have received mail mentioning that the product replacement is rejected due to damaged product received. I have talked to your customer support but no positive response received from your end. My question is if the product is damaged then why did your courier partner pick it up ?
i have also talked to your courier partner boy, "they say i am receiving * calls per day for the same issue and also mentioned that they are doing fraud and taking benefit because the boat service center is not available in surat city. i will also send this mail to your MD Mr Aman Gupta.
This is not expected from a boat company, it will affect the company reputation.
I hope after all I will receive a positive response from your end. If a positive response is not received from your side, I will stop using the boat product from today.
