I send the product to mivi company for warranty claim but it doesn't came repaired although it has having additional defects .
My Duopods case is not working and it doesn't charging my buds and From almost a months i sent it to mivi company for repairing but it doesn't came with repaired.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
