https komaki in - Warranty Claim Not Fulfilled

This is to inform about my electric vehicle of model : Komaki X-One, purchased online from http://shop.komaki.in/ on **-**-**** bearing invoice no.- INV******** dated **-**-**** has stopped working midway around *kms away from my home. It was fully charged by the company provided charger the previous night (**-**-****) but still it broke down while I was going to my work place in the morning. I have contacted the customer support helpline no - ********** for assistance and after a long explanation over the phone about the faulty battery by my local technician, the support person assured me to arrange pick-up of the same at the earliest because technical support from Delhi to Kolkata by physical visit is not possible as per their Customer Support Executive and has been denied for that reason. On **-**-****, I registered the grievance through email. I have reported the above matter again on **-**-**** asking for proper resolution or technical help but Komaki has failed to provide the same despite all my pleadings. Such violation of service standards by Komaki as per their warranty terms and conditions is indeed regrettable.


On account of dereliction of duty and failure to provide service within warranty and neglect to rectify the same, I have addressed Komaki through email dated **-**-**** to either

• Remove the said defects, or
• Replace the faulty battery with new one, or
• Return the price paid to buy the product

But * weeks has passed but no proper resolution came or initiated from their end. This mental harassment after purchasing product from them is driving me crazy with each passing day. Please find the attached invoice, battery images, email conversation till date and Komaki ads in facebook giving fake promises of “Peace of Mind” for further investigation and resolution.
