Smartech Electronics - Warranty claim denied after fault

We have installed * cctv camera setup from Mr. Absar on **/**/****.Since then there have been issues with the system. Everytime we report the issue to him he took ** days for service visit after multiple calls. Initially he just changed connectors but the problem did not resolved now the wire is being damaged just within * months and he is denying warranty and asking me for the money. He has given Warranty on it at the time of installation and i am attaching the proof in the form of bill. Upon inspection we also found the wire to be duplicate at the time of installation we were told that wire will be of good quality. now he is saying that we cant give original at this price .
