Chevrolet - Warranty avoidance by car company: Doors got rusted

Vehicle model -Chevrolet Sail Hatchback
Problem statement : All * doors and entire vehicle body getting rusted specially at joints and at main surface. Even after putting so many follow ups there is yet no reply from Chevrolet and its dealers.
This problem is very serious as doors of car are corroded and material is chipping out.
When this problem was addressed at Chevrolet service center at Verna Goa,after inspection and discussions with GM employees there was no information provided in writing.
Specially behaviour of GM employee was not good. They were making very loose discussions over vehicle condition and showing no accountability over this problem.
