Sliceit com - Wanted to make full repayment of dues but company trapped me with installment plan

This is to highlight you the unresolved support ticket#******* and *******. Have been following up continuously on calls & emails to Slice but my issue stays unresolved until now & have reached my last day of repayment i.e. **th July'** and with that my purest intention & several attempts to clear all June dues went in vain.

Without understanding the concern properly the support tickets were getting closed.

I didn't want to opt for any sort of installement plan (** month) & wished to clear all June dues *.**Lacs but your app didn't allow me make custom amount repayments which lead to the selection of installament option just to break down the payment to small chunks for UPI repayments and however, didn't let me revert to full payment even within my repayment tenue. I called within few minutes of making this installment plan selection but no one helped to revert.

I made multiple attempts to connect with different levels of help support (you can check history of my calls, emails and tweets) and finally managed to connect with your L* escalation team executive Hema with the hope to get out of this installment trap, she was supposed to call me back with resolution at *:**pm ton *th July'** but didn't hear back from her either. I even called multiple times to remind for call back and L* assured to arrange that but no one called back.

I am certainly not liable to pay any interest (added with ** month installment plan) or late fees as with my purest of intention I wanted and tried to clear full payment dues i.e Rs *,**,*** (not in installments) but your system trapped me with installment option and stressed me till the very last day today. I even literally begged for the payment link to clear all the dues by today (i.e. pending Rs ****** out of Rs ****** dues) but no help was provided me to complete the repayment.

Due to Slice team inaction and irresponsiveness, I should not be held liable for paying any extra amount (like installement or late fees interests) here apart from the geniune spends I have made.

They are forcing me to pay ***** something as interest which is harassment and giving me trauma as I wanted to clear the full payment dues within my repayment tenure.
