Final Warning – Continuous Harassment Through Promotional Calls
Hi Team,
This is Jeevitha.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the pathetic service and complete lack of respect for customer privacy from your side.
Even after I clearly raised a complaint and was assured through email that I would no longer receive promotional calls, your team is STILL continuously calling me every single day from different numbers. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows that your company does not care about customer consent or complaints at all.
I have repeatedly informed your agents that I am not interested in any loan from My Money Bazaar. I have blocked countless numbers, ignored messages, and already wasted enough time dealing with this nonsense. Yet your harassment continues from morning till night with calls, spam messages, and automated promotional calls.
At this point, this is no longer marketing — this is pure harassment.
How many times does a customer need to say “STOP CALLING” before your company understands? Your constant disturbance is affecting my peace, work, and daily routine. This level of aggressive and irresponsible promotion is shameful.
Stop this harassment immediately and do not contact me again for any loan promotions.
