**-**-****-Sales person did not informed about ECS she said we need to monthly bases.
**-**-**** When i got confirmation call i have told to cancel the contract and want refund.
**-**-****-ECS Sent to bank for *,***/- When my contract was on hold why Just dial team sents ECS in my account why it was not informed me that ECS is active and they presenting ECS on **-**-****.
neither i have received call/SMS about ECS.
**-**-****- Today received call and team is saying again they have sent ECS on **-**-****.
Please help me with resolution i am continuously sending complaint/emails no proper response they they don't have refund policy this the way they are fooling customers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
