Byju think and learn pvt ltd - Want to cancel my course

I have purchased Byju's premium course for my younger brother (for class **th &**th, order id-SO****************). Due to some ongoing financial issues, I need to cancel my course. Moreover, my brother didn't like the way they are teaching. They told that online lectures will be given but there was only pre-recorded video that plays on the preset time, you can't either pause or even access them later.
As I am going through a financial hardship, I told them to cancel my course. But instead of canceling they just passed the time and refused to cancel. I tried many times to tell my situation to Byjus executives but they never understand and passed one and half months in just for cross verification/suggestions. This month of my EMI is already missed, I am genuinely unable to pay. They also have a strategy to mentally harass innocent people and delay the process such that customer's CIBIL score will get low any customer has to pay. I have mailed them too many times but they didn't listen to my case and just repeated the same line it won't cancel we can relieve your few EMI. Although I am ready to return their tab and books but they are still not ready.
