Ordered online Solace Cervical Neck Massager from Zipped Solutions Pvt Ltd, A ***, Second Floor, Wazirpur, New Delhi ******. Received product on ** March in damaged condition and mailed for replacement on the same day. As per company policy, this action was to be done within two days. After repeated emails, Mr Aditya Agarwal responded after almost ** days that the time limit of two days had been exceeded. When I reminded that I had taken action on receipt. I got no further response despite continued emails.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
