Haya Commercial Services Private Limited - Want refund on the order

I want to state that I ordered for HAYA GREEN RAY kurti which costed for rupees *** and I received the delivery on ** April ****. But I was not satisfied with it As I found the fabric of the product inappropriate. So,I returned that order.
But neither I get back the money nor any conseccion of sum of rupees *** that I deserve on any other product ordered by me on Snapdeal only.
So, It's my humble request provide me discount of rupees *** on any order that I have ordered on Snapdeal through my account. I want the refund of sum of *** rupees
