I have booked Kia Sonet HTK Plus sunroof model on **th September ****. But the sales person has not informed me that there is no service or no warranty is there in this model. When I have enquired from other showroom then I came to know that. I have called there Team Leader she said he is new to organisation that's the reason he was not clear about the model. So I asked her to cancel as they don't have knowledge about the car which they are selling and asked them to refund my amount but they are giving everyday a new date as I have booked car from other showroom I want my refund on priority.
