Sts World Private Limited - Wallet not being return by the travel company

I visited Bali ( Indonesia) with my wife in Feb ****. I forgot my wallet bearing USD *** plus indian currency and other original documents. This was collected by STS world team of Bali. Since it was Covid they told me that this will be sent post opening of tourism. Now they are not even replying and returning my money. I told the owner, texted him, mailed him many a times but he is not replying. My tour cost was above Rs *.** lac. Still this company and the owner is behaving greedy.
