I have redeemed a blinkit card on the blinkit wallet on **th June, **** and added **** rs. It got added but when I try to use it to pay it is not letting me, I called Customer support they said initially to wait for **-** hours and then I can use it. On **nd again I called support because I'm not able to use the money in the blinkit wallet, they (Blinkit support) told me to email to them that is 'info@blinkit.com' and 'help@gyftr.com'. I did that on **nd June, I emailed them with the whole concern and Screenshot for the resolution, I waited and called for support they first transferred me to the gift team (email address - help@gyftr.com) saying that this is not the issue blinkit deals with so please email them and on **nd of June only I emailed both blinkit and Gift team as well. But gift team also denied of any kind of help as it is a wallet money issue again they transferred me to Razorpay team giving the calling number I called them, they said they will resolve it and asked for time again I waited then on *th of July they said it is not their area to help me out with the blinkit money wallet issue, so again they told me to email info@blinkit.com and ask support from blinkit team. I did that and now also I email them they give the same scripted templates again and again asking to troubleshoot and confirmation of the issue and not giving any resolution and I am still unable to use the wallet money added on July **th.
And the real problem and very costly and time consuming challenge is, whenever I have to speak to the blinkit executive or customer support I have to place a order first and then put/file a order complaint on one of the order item which I ordered because to solve my wallet money issue and to connect with a real person/agent over the call or on a chat to help me out. And that complaint box also closes in ** hours so everytime I have to ask for updates I spend money to talk to them.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
