True Balance - WALLET MONEY NOT TRANSFER

i added **,*** rs in true balance wallet dated **-**-**** , now **-**-**** i tried to transfer my money in bank account its showing error i continuously mail and call to true balance team but they are very irritated and no solution given by them till now.
