Mobikwik - Wallet cash converted to supercash by Mobikwik

Hello,
Total transaction amount of Rs.****.** to Medlife with order #OR****DDA-***A was paid with wallet cash and *% supercash was only utilised . So the refund amount should be Rs.***.** in wallet and Rs.*.** in supercash. They have credited the whole amount in supercash and gave the final receipt that refund credited in wallet and blamed this as transaction error from Medlife which i cannot use as totally as it is valid for this month only after that it will expire. I will no longer use mobikwik as i totally lost faith in them . I ordered ** quantities of orthoboon sachet and got ** only from Medlife After that i complained to give me the rest * sachets and customer care rep said they cannot provide that and they will refund but the refund amount totally came into supercash . You dont have the authority to convert my hard earned money into supercash and which will expire and i will share this incident to everyone so that customers should think twice before using Mobikwik. Also their customer care and nodal office phone number mentioned on their website does not exist
