Unnati Agarwal filed complaint against Otipy on Sep 21, 2025
I have my account registered with Otipy as Unnati Agarwal since long time and was a regular customer. Suddenly one day it started showing unserviceable area on my address and I wasn't able to place any order. I contacted the support team and came to know about the company closure. By that time, I had Rs. **** in my otipy wallet, so I asked the support team about my refund. They informed me that my refund will be processed back to my source account within ** to ** days, but even after repeated attempts to contact support via email and phone, I have not received a satisfactory response or refund yet.
Please help resolve this issue at the earliest.
