I was using Otipy for daily coconut subscription for my mother and suddenly the operations stopped and my money got deducted. So i raised case and got told that it was issue fron local distributer end as he was not able to meet the demand and they credited back the balance in my otipy wallet but afterwards also daily subscription delivery stopped. Ultimately i thought to use my money for some other item but noticed that app was showing message not serviceable location for me.
Then finally i got to know about the company operation has stopped , so i raised ticket to otipy support for refund . First few tickets they just closed without any action and in last ticket they mentioned told about the company state and informed that my money will be credited back within ** to ** days from the date of their inoperation status.
However, it never happened and now even app doesnt work at all and i have nowhere to go. It so sad and frustrating to see such big companies doing such practice with its end consumers.

As otipy has shut down operations but still wallet balance they have not refunded and now not responding
