Spar Hypermarket - Wallet Balance

Had received credit note of INR ****/- on **th July **** and on **th Aug **** had shopped for INR ****.** which was paid using the credit note. The cashier transferred only INR ****.** to wallet and did the transaction. For the balance INR****.**/- it is neither showing in wallet nor in the records and despite of visiting SPAR store *-* times they are not helping and just keep asking to come back after two days.
