Otipy - Wallet amount refund

I had recharged my otipy wallet in March **** and still have ****/- balance left in the wallet. Since the company closed its operations in May this year they have been unresponsive to multiple requests via their app, whatsapp, email to process the refund for this amount.

They cant keep innocent customer's money like this. One fine day stopped operation and not refunding the money which was in the wallet.
