Netplus - Waiver of excess amount Rs 2945

I am new customer of netplus broadband, on **th Dec'**, I got new connection of broadband & engineer send me link for payment of Rs. ****/-. I was paid amount **** (******) because of engineer said confirmation not received from netplus so please do again. So that the amount was paid twice. And now customer care executive saying wait for some days , No body still not contact me for this issue. I had also mark this issue mail on Customercare@net plus.co.in so many time.
