Mobiwik - WAIVE OFF LATE FEE MOBIWIK

I made one transaction on **th jan of Rs **** from mobiwik zip wallet and same was paid on **st Jan'**.
due date was on **th Jan'**. Due to app issue, payment was not getting through. So i did on **st jan'**. Now mobiwik is charging me Rs ****/- against Rs ****. They are piling up interest every ** days. Please do something to waive off the charges. it never happened before like this. I have written several emails but no response on this.
