Styleyn com - Waiting for a refund of a product for 5 months

I have ordered a product from From the last April and it took me * orders to get my product and there's no news on the *st order till now then after trying the product the size was small and I asked for a refund and the *st pick up was rejected and I have mailed them a few times for a second pick up and they told me to pay ₹*** for another pickup. they came for the pickup after a few days it was the fastest response I have got from them. A week after the pickup of the product I have started mailing them for several months And there still no response. they always keep replying the same thing. no value for customers and I will not stop till I get my money back
