I ordered a saree online from vootbuy.in (product link: https://vootbuy.in/products/exclusive-zari-border-green-colour-plain-mysore-silk-saree), but the item I received is different from what was advertised and of poor quality. I’ve attempted to contact customer support via help.vootbuy@gmail.com, support@voot.in, and +** **********, but have not received any response.
