Voltas beko 6 ltr - Voltas Beko Authoriser Service Center damaged My Dishwasher and refusing to repair

Respected Sir,

This is with reference to my previous mail and complaint No-*********** with voltas Beko in Decemer **** till date the issue was not resolved . My dishwasher has not been repaired and as of now the following problems are there.

Initially Shrikrishna Enterprises Authorised Service Center of Voltas Beko took my Dishwasher and kept in his service center around two months, after that it was delivered without completing the work and advance taken Rs.****+*** forcibly with the instruction of Voltas Customer care to complete the work but it is a matter of regret that till date work is not completed and his technicians who are coming to do the work are unable to do, due to lack of expertise and also due to lack of knowledge they have damaged my dishwasher. From December to till date my family is suffering due to negligence of the service center for that every month I am paying Rs.****/- per month to an outside person for cleaning the dishes. At present following problems are there:-
*). Auto Start is there.
*). Halfload light is not working.
*). One hour wash complets in ** minutes.
*). When we switch on the Dishwasher the main switch dropped. this was the *st problem when the service center taken my machine to his service center and till date it was not resolved after keeping two months my Dishwasher in the service center of Shrikrishna Enterprise.

Voltas Beko has to replace my Dishwasher with new one or immediately to repair the same and make it usable condition.
