Vodafone India Limited - Vodafone to Airtel Port
Loganathan filed complaint against Vodafone India Limited on May 1, 2021
I have raised mobile number PORT request few times with Vodafone to port the number from them to other providers. They used to reject the requests by saying come on a billing date since its postpaid or if i go on the billing day they would say server is down.
I have raised a new request to PORT my number again. The request was sent to the vodafone asking for the clearance from the new provider. I have got a call from a number saying you have two port requests raised and please cancel one & the other one will be processed. I have raised one few weeks back and thought they are asking me to cancel that. But now they have rejected my port request.
