Last **nd Jun ****, When i wake up i show a message that saying you have charged rs. ** for some VAS services.
When I talk to Customer care they check and says that no VAS activated in your number, so I read message and then after they said that they will reverse that amount and that will not charged in your bill.
Then after I want to Port from Vi to JIO as they are charging these type of False charges many times.
After my Port request I got a call from Vi represntative and she committ me to credit *** Rs. in my VI account (I have full Conversation) but after two hours they call me that we are crediting *** Rs., So I disagree and *nd day another call and they told me liar and said that we never committ for *** Rs. So I heard them conversation but they said after hearing that we can not hear it clearly please mail us on our mail ID, I mailed the conversation and afternoon when I contact them again they said that they have not access of mail so we can not hear your conversation but you are definitely lie to us and we never committ for *** Rs.
Next day when I complaint regarding this, I got call from another representative and he told me that we are crediting *** Rs in your account
But I got bill of ***+** rs. Which was charged false and they said that they are crediting it and it will not charge in bill, but still I got the charge in bill. So i again call to Customer Care service and they again said that they are crediting the charge in my account and I do not need to pay the amount in my bill
But today I got message from my bank that Vodafone request for auto debit amount so and so (Including that False charge and also Including that *** Rs. Which they credited in my account)
