vodafone idea VI - vodafone employees doing fraud

dear sir , i have been a victim of fraud multiple times by vodafone care panipat. As an employee named Priyanka gave me a postpaid connection. After that added that no. to a family package without my permission and those people were unknown to me who were added. after that i had to pay excess amount of Rs. *** and *** multiple times. Last Month a bill was generated of Rs. ****. For that i visited vodafone care. Then an Employee named amit and collection agent named pradeep promised me to pay just **** and rest will be waived off in next * days. but now after almost ** days that amount is no waived even vodafone again generated a new bill of rs. ****. as this is not the concern about company policies but this fraud is being circulated by their local employees . Main Persons of this scam as per my opinion are The Branch Manager Robin, Priyanka and Collection agent pradeep
