Mg international visa consultancy - Visa related fraud

Me and my friend applied for visa through MG INTERNATIONAL VISA CUNSULTANCY (MOHALI) in ** feb ****.

We did as they told us for visa file. He told us that he has to give his ₹ ***** before the visa. And ₹****** to be paid after getting your visa. But later they again took ₹ ***** from us in the name of health insurance. On June *, we got a message on WhatsApp that your visa has been granted and they gave us the visa letter. And when we got that letter checked, it turned out to be fake. They edited and added our data in that letter. According to that letter, you have to submit your passport to the Visa Center for ** days. They told us that date is not available for visa stamping, you wait till **th August.And even till January no response has come from the agency. In this way this agency has done fraud of ****** with both our friends. Action should be taken against this agency and we should get our money back.
