SS international consultancy Delhi - Visa fee manipulation

I am Mubarak, Beacon Green Square, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum, Kerala. I have a complaint towards a company called SS International Consultancy in Delhi.

I have taken Chinese visa from them last month. They hold of Rs.*****( Rs.***** banking & Rs.**** by hand) from me. On **th of April was my appointment in VFS office and once gave voice with them I get to know it just cost Rs. ****. Also I have applied for * months visa. They told me it takes only *-* working days for the process and after that was trying to contact them but they wasn’t ready to pick up the call. On **th of April they’re notifying just got visa for * month and they going to reapply but we have already booked our tickets on **th of April so we just asked them to send the passport with one month visa and refund the amount. We have received our passport but they didn't refund yet and not responding to calls or messages.
